Utility Payments

FrontDesk is mobile-friendly and can be accessed anywhere from any device with an internet connection. Log in to see all your outstanding bills, pay bills online or enroll in autopay for added convenience.

• Conveniently pay your monthly utility bills from the comfort and safety of your home. No more writing out a check each month to pay your utility bill!  No worries about social distancing and possible exposure.
• Receive bills electronically.
• Enroll in autopay using eCheck or credit card payments so you won’t have to remember to pay your bills each month. (NOTE- there is a convenience fee with credit cards. eCheck is free.)

Pay Online

Online payments can be made anytime through AllPaid,Inc. When paying with a credit card there will be a convenience fee applied to the card. This fee applies to both credit and debit cards.

Automatic Payment

Automatic payment (ACH) will occur on or after the 10th of the month. There are no fees and can discontinue at anytime. Stop by City Hall or fill out our Automatic Payment Authorization form and attach a voided check. Please return the form to City Hall in person, by mail, or place in the drop box. 

 Pay in Person

You can pay at City Hall 120 W 2nd Street (located under the water tower!) Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. If paying with a credit card there will be a 2.65% fee applied to the card. This fee applies to both credit and debit cards. If using the drop box, we suggest you put your check or money in a sealed envelope.
